I tried to create and extended profile twice. But both times it did not save and said I already had submitted it. When I went to view my profile it did not show up. Thanks for all your help.

I was given the opportunity to audition for the role of CIA Analyst David Settles when I was away from home. Excited by the prospect, I immediately picked up my friend’s laptop on the road and filled out all the available information. I read through the non-disclosure agreement, agreed to said terms, signed it with my name and clicked submit. Small problem. I didn’t have a self-taped video already done that I could upload! Consequently, I signed off the site. When I eventually got home from my business trip, I signed back on to upload my audition. The option was closed! Now I have two disclosure agreements signed under different IP addresses and no way to advance with the process. Is there any way I can rectify this mistake (nothing was revealed to anyone, just as said terms indicate), so I can still upload the footage? I’m deeply sorry for the trouble and technical ignorance on my behalf. I hope something can be done, so I can still try out for this promising role. I go through the process, of creating an extended profile, and once I’m complete, it just sends me back to the “Before You Get Started” screen. And says, I have to create a extended profile again. Thanks for any information.

Wont let me create an extended profile. I put all my info in, and when I click done, it sends me to the previous page with no setup. Please help. It don’t give an error message or anything.

I can’t create an extended profile and I am not able to see the profile that was created for my daughter. I submitted her resume and photos but cannot see an account. When I click on edit profile from the drop down it takes me back to the same page that I submitted her information.

I’ve tried to create an extended profile at least a half dozen times. I’ve used the sites recommended to optimize/compress my photos and the site still seems to cancel out my extended profile.

I compressed the photos, and went through the entire process and I still can’t see or view my profile as if I never created one.
